Tour Overview
One of our most comprehensive routes: 25 days across nine provinces, from the gardens, museums and bazaars of Kabul into the forests of Nuristan, north to the Blue Mosque of Mazar-i-Sharif and the ruins of ancient Balkh, and on through Samangan, the Panjshir Valley and Bamiyan, home of the Buddha niches and the Band-e-Amir lakes. The route then reaches the Ancient Minaret of Jam in remote Ghor before flying west to Herat and driving south to Kandahar, returning to Kabul by air for the final days.
